Navtrix (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a B2B growth and RFQ pipeline service operating in the United Kingdom. We work exclusively with UK-based CNC and precision machining companies.

We will not use your data to send unsolicited marketing emails. If you become a client, we may contact you about your engagement with us — you can opt out at any time.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time spent, and general location data (country/city level only).

This data is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify individual visitors through Google Analytics data.

  • Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC on servers which may be located outside the UK
  • Google LLC is certified under the UK-US Data Bridge, ensuring adequate protection for data transfers

Email

Enquiry notifications are delivered to our email account at contact@navtrixgroup.com. We do not use third-party email marketing platforms to process or store enquiry data.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Enquiry data from non-clients is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission
  • Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 3 years afterwards for legitimate business record-keeping purposes
